Director Franck Khalfoun, together with his long-term collaborator and producer Alexandre Aja, delivers his own gripping version of the Spanish indie horror LA NOCHE DEL RATON. Following his adaptation of the classic MANIAC, the director's latest picture is another masterfully crafted example of genre film, complete with a powerful and evocative sound design and, of course, a large arsenal of gruesome effects.
