A secret operation is to extradite the worst criminals from Manila to South Korea. The first prisoner exchange at an airport went spectacularly wrong, so to avoid further civilian casualties, a huge cargo ship has been chartered for transport this time. In addition to the 20 special security forces, a doctor and his assistant are also on board.
