On his way to the hospital to see his pregnant wife, James is stopped by a stranger with a gun who gets into his car. Not knowing where they are headed to, James drives frantically through the deserted, in neon-light drenched streets of Las Vegas by night. Nicolas Cage unleashes all his fury in this crazy, bloody trip directed by Yuval Adler, in which he faces a no less assertive Joel Kinnaman.
